Where do terrorists come from?
Do they suddenly appear from nowhere, armed and ready to subjugate and control?
Does it take guns and IEDs to define a terroristic act?
According to 18 U.S. Code § 2331. Definitions:
“(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States;”
Scientology is waging a war against anyone not of their beliefs. It is a dangerous and insidious war of espionage, intimidation, infiltration, threats, coercion and outright crimes.
There is a well known saying that the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. After all, if something works why change it?
From 1966 until sometime in the 1980’s The Guardian’s Office, an arm of Scientology that handled security issues for the cult, engaged in all types of covert operations against anyone perceived as an enemy. They decided who and what constituted a threat, even if it was simply someone exercising their right to free speech.
Scientology claims that the rules laid out by L. Ron Hubbard are law and may not be changed or interpreted but only obeyed. Hubbard is the one who designed the policy of Fair Game which states:
“Fair game. May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed.”
While the Scientology entity known as The Guardian’s Office may no longer exist, it seems ludicrous to believe that the activities it engaged in simply stopped.
The G.O. planned and carried out numerous illegal, dangerous operations designed to, in some way, control or direct government operations or personnel. Many of these Operations can be found online for those who are unaware of the extent of Scientology’s perfidy.
A good beginning primer can be found here:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Guardian%27s_Office_operations
What religion engages in such covert, illegal activities? Why would any real religion need such activities?
Infiltrating government offices, stealing files and planting false information, attacking governmental officials and civilians alike just to ensure you get your own way.
There is a name for such behavior.
Terrorism.
What drives a fanatic to become a terrorist? It is their absolute and unmoving resolve that they, and only they, know the right way for everyone else. This is the motivating factor that enables suicide bomb vests and the hijacking of airplanes. It is what creates the mindset that allows the subjugation of others and the removal of free will.
Scientology makes no secret that it believes IT is the only organization that can “save the Planet”. They assert that only their technology is right and true. Anyone who speaks out against their ways is automatically targeted, judged and named “enemy”.
When their efforts to get their own way are stymied, they react with anger, hate and violence.
Violence does not always have to be physical.
This is an organization that has proven it was willing to attack the Mayor of Clearwater, Fl.
That it is willing to bully and frame people who stand in it’s way.
That it is willing to incarcerate it’s own members and subject them to humiliation and abuse that would be tolerated nowhere else by Law Enforcement.
Just imagine for a moment if word got out that a Baptist or Catholic Church was holding some of it’s parishioners imprisoned in a horrible, abusive environment. The media would have a field day, crowds would gather and law enforcement would descend like avenging angels to free the unfortunate captives.
This very scenario is being played out within the Scientology compounds and no one in power is batting an eye.
Why?
Intimidation and fear.
Terrorism.
The things done by the Guardian’s Office were terrorist acts by the very definition on the law books. Why would a religion need to infiltrate government offices and steal documents? Why go to illegal lengths to destroy and control government agents? The only possible explanation is so that Scientology can dictate and control policy. To reform what they do not approve of into their own accepted ideals. After all, Scientology insists that it has a duty to “Clear the Planet” and it is willing to do anything to attempt to achieve that goal.
Is this not the same driving ideology behind any other terrorist organization?
Where one group uses hijacked airplanes and death another uses subterfuge, counterintelligence, infiltration and inappropriate involvement, like with some Police Departments.
Either way results in fear and intimidation. Either way results in a shift in power.
Scientology spends millions on private detectives and surveillance. Millions on state of the art security systems, razor wire and motion detection not only to keep the world out but also to keep their own in. Like a maximum security prison, Scientology engages in Blow Drills, keeping their skills sharp and ready in case anyone attempts to leave their compounds.
What religion works so hard to refuse their members freedom of movement, of thought?
Scientology likes to use Catholic practices to justify their own so in the interest of truth I will preempt any Scientologist attempting to point at cloistered communities within Catholicism. Cloistered communities are not prisons. There are walls within which the community lives, works and prays but they are symbolic of the commitment not true deterrents to those that live within. Anyone in a cloistered community wishing to leave at any time can do so. There are no Blow Drills. No in place policies designed to bring the Nun or Monk back to heel. Families are not stalked, airports are not monitored. There is nothing resembling Scientology’s confinement practices within the Catholic Church. Period.
So why would an organization claiming to be a religion go to such lengths not only to control it’s own members but everyone around them?
Because they believe that they are the only ones with the right to exercise their ideology and anyone who disagrees needs to be destroyed.
Is this not what a terrorist is?
Scientology has a proven, documented track record of illegal acts. It is irresponsible at the very least to believe that these actions stopped with the dissolution of the Guardian’s Office.
One has only to look at the Los Angeles Police Department and their D.A. Lacey to see enough circumstantial suspicious behaviors to make one stop and think.
How does an entire file filled with “overwhelming” evidence just go missing? Why does it take years for a man charged with rape to be brought to justice? Why are missing people not being found and protected?
What possible conversation took place that allowed Scientology to set up a kiosk in the LAPD’s very foyer to disseminate information?
What of Clearwater Police who moonlight as Scientology security and are thus on the cult’s payroll? Can anyone in such a situation truly be unbiased and impartial?
Based upon observation Scientology’s traditions of intimidation and coercion are still alive and well and working. Why else did it take weeks for the arrest warrant filed by Ms. Steg to be executed?
Why does no one in any position of authority or power agree to appear on The Aftermath?
Is not inveigling one’s way into the very agencies meant to protect us an excellent way to exert control over society? Is this not Terrorism in it’s most basic form?
If Scientology were to achieve dominance in our government our basic freedoms would vanish. This is not an over dramatic statement for effect. One only needs look at the way members are treated to see what a world with this cult in charge would look like.
Shame on our government. Shame on our law enforcement.
Shame on all those who could and should step up to protect and serve those who are unable to protect themselves but choose silence and apathy instead.
While people like Leah Remini, Mike Rinder, the Headleys, Aaron Smith Levin, Amy Scobee, Mary Kahn and all the others who had the courage to escape and speak out; all those who have taken a stand against Scientology and the darkness that it stands for, have risked the Terrorism that this cult is capable of, our protectors and defenders shrug their shoulders and turn away.
Scientology thus continues to practice intimidation, coercion and control unabated and the only one’s willing to turn and face them are those who have suffered most at their hands.
Until the U. S. Treasury and the IRS decide to stop being afraid and revoke the tax exemption, which gives this cult it’s power and protection these heinous acts will continue. People will be put in danger, their reputations and very livelihoods attacked, their families monitored and recorded, their vehicles tracked by GPS. Surely burglarizing, stalking, and framing people count as dangers to human life?
Where do terrorists come from?
“May be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed.”
We do not want Scientology’s version of a “Cleared Planet”. They are actively working to impose their will on the rest of us.
Is this not where Terrorists come from?
Exactly!!
A reminder for those trusted with the power to protect and don’t, the truth will also hold them accountable tomorrow for their silence and inaction today!
In fact, they could even face the possibility of being held liable or sued for liability by those rescued from the base. (Consider the time lapse since Leah’s Missing Persons Report filed on Shelly Miscavige alone!)
Thank-you for your posts. You perfectly summarize what we know and feel, but can’t always articulate!!
