On February 25th, 2019 Edward Parkin posted a blog entry stamped “For Immediate Release”.
The apparent urgency was for STAND League to announce that “STAND Condemns Rise of Anti-Semitism in France.”

According to upi.com, this anti-Semitic desecration is one incident of many in a 74% increase in anti Jewish hate crimes in France since 2018.
As usual, the shear outrageous duplicity of Scientology leaves one gasping for breath.
The blog post states, “STAND condemns this heinous and cowardly act of bigotry,” said Edward Parkin, STAND International Director. “Such a display of hate and intolerance has no place in any civilized society. There is no defense for it.”
Since there is no author’s name in the byline, one assumes Parkin is the one who wrote the piece. That he quotes himself is laughable.
That he announces, presumably with a straight face, that there is no defense for the display of hate and intolerance is sickening.
While STAND League is condemning hatred towards Jews, at the same time they are hand in glove with the Nation of Islam.
“I’m not mad at you because you’re so stupid,” Farrakhan continued. “So when they talk about Farrakhan, call me a hater, you do what they do, call me an anti-Semite. Stop it, I’m anti-Termite.”

What about this hate, Eddie? Are these the words of tolerance and Love? How do you think intolerance is spread, if not by outspoken, hate filled people like Louis Farrakhan?
How can you STAND next to the Jewish community when you are SITTING right in Farrakhan’s lap?
Awarding your Freedom Medal to NOI Minister Tony Muhammad sends a rather confusing message, doesn’t it?
We should all be concerned about this diabolical paring.
David Miscavige, Scientology’s Liar-in-Chief and Head Honcho of Sketchy affairs, has a unique weapon in the NOI. By encouraging them to study Scientology in their hitherto empty and neglected buildings, Miscavige is better protected from scrutiny by the IRS. (That is, if they can overcome their fear and actually begin the process of revoking the Religious tax exemption.)
He can smugly show that the buildings are being used after all.
More sinister, NOI has those followers who are zealous in their acceptance of Farrakhan’s more volatile and violent suggestions. If those fanatical disciples were encouraged into an uprising in support of Scientology, Miscavige could conceivably claim no knowledge of or involvement in those actions. Effectively allowing NOI to cause chaos and take the repercussions while claiming plausible deniability.
It is a win/win for Miscavige.
These suppositions are not far fetched as one might think.
After all they were hinted at in the recent, suspicious letter by Reverend Doctor Cecil “Chip” Murray, which said:
“I asked in my last letter that you act with courage and compassion and put an end to the hate. Yet I received no answer.
‘Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.’

The African-American community was aggrieved when they learned that you had not answered me. They felt that possibly you were slighting me. I could not persuade them otherwise as I have not heard from you.

Scientology never does anything unless it benefits them. Sleazy Edward Parkin writes of his outrage over hate crimes and the anti Semitism displayed in France and elsewhere, while his own “Religion” embraces one of the largest and most outspoken leaders of anti Jewish rage in this country.
It is a hypocritical juggling act, trying to show the world you are defending Religious Tolerance while at the same time keeping Louis Farrakhan and his volatile followers in your pocket just in case.
Rather than looking like supporters of the Jews, however, these blog posts come across more like a patronizing slap in the faces of those Parkin purports to defend. The rest of us sees the hypocrisy and falsity. We are not being conned by anything Scientology pretends to want to protect.
The only ones fooled are the fools themselves.
