Scientology is breaking the law and the only way they will be held accountable is for people to stand up, speak out and confront their actions for the abuse and crimes they are.

Once again Stand League has published an abusive, false, article for no possible reason other than the harassment of Leah Remini.
Ignoring anything even resembling the truth, Scientology continues to accuse Remini of having “blood on her hands” in their never ending campaign of psychological terrorism, dehumanization and harassment.
“His 16-year-old murderer, who stabbed Yeh in the neck with a 10-inch kitchen knife, had been exposed to the anti-Scientology hate speech promoted by Leah Remini.
Newspapers internationally published that Leah Remini had blood on her hands. (This statement is patently, intentionally misleading.)
Yeh’s murder was the culmination of more than 600 documented threats, death threats and acts of vandalism and violence against Scientologists and their children and families, inspired by Leah Remini.”
As Taryn Teutsch recently said “let’s call a spade, a spade”; continually, viciously and falsely accusing Leah Remini and Mike Rinder of being complicit to murder is cyber harassment intended to dehumanize the victims and incite others to join in the harassment. The end goal is clear- they want to inflict fear and intimidation in order to control Rimini and Rinder.
Scientology has been free to conduct their illegal Fair Game policies for far too long.
Scientology’s Stand League is a front group for Church of Scientology International, based in Los Angeles, California.
California has specific laws concerning the actions Scientology is engaging in:
Legal Definition: “(a) Every person who, with intent to place another person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of the other person’s immediate family, by means of an electronic communication device, and without consent of the other person, and for the purpose of imminently causing that other person unwanted physical contact, injury, or harassment, by a third party, electronically distributes, publishes, e-mails, hyperlinks, or makes available for downloading, personal identifying information, including, but not limited to, a digital image of another person, or an electronic message of a harassing nature about another person, which would be likely to incite or produce that unlawful action, is guilty of a misdemeanor…”
For a person to be convicted of a violation of PC 653.2, the following must be met:
- You used some kind of electronic communication device to electronically distribute, publish, email, hyperlink or make available for downloading a person’s personal identifying information or an electronic message of a harassing nature about another person;
- You did this without that other person’s consent;
- You did this with the intent to put that person in reasonable fear for their safety or the safety of their immediate family;
- You did this to imminently cause that other person unwanted physical contact, injury, or harassment; AND
- The personal identifying information or message you shared would be likely to incite or produce unwanted physical contact, injury, or harassment.
California’s legal definition of Harassment means a knowing and willful course of conduct directed at a specific person that a reasonable person would consider as seriously alarming, annoying, tormenting, or terrorizing that person, and that also serves no legitimate purpose.
Thus the perfect definition for Scientology’s Stand League/Hate Monitor attacks.
No right minded, reasonable person could ever consider any possible legitimate purpose for accusing Mike Rinder of domestic violence. No honest reason exists for falsely claiming complicity to arson or murder.
Never Ins ask what they can do to help.
Here then is an opportunity.
Scientology is breaking California law.
I am asking Never Ins to take a stand and ask that an investigation against COS International and Stand League be opened.

I am writing to protest the ongoing cyber harassment of Leah Remini by The Church of Scientology International, 6331 Hollywood Blvd. Suite 1200 Los Angeles, California 90028 and asking that the LAPD open an investigation.
Fact: Pursuant to California Law PC 653.2 “(a) Every person who, with intent to place another person in reasonable fear for his or her safety, or the safety of the other person’s immediate family, by means of an electronic communication device, and without consent of the other person, and for the purpose of imminently causing that other person unwanted physical contact, injury, or harassment, by a third party, electronically distributes, publishes, e-mails, hyperlinks, or makes available for downloading, personal identifying information, including, but not limited to, a digital image of another person, or an electronic message of a harassing nature about another person, which would be likely to incite or produce that unlawful action, is guilty of a misdemeanor…”
- Scientology’s Stand League, under the auspices of Church of Scientology International, has for years engaged in a policy driven campaign of dehumanizing psychological terrorism against Leah Remini serving no legitimate purpose by utilizing social media to:
a. Regularly and publicly claim Remini is responsible for “600 hate crimes”.
b. Has “blood on her hands” and is responsible for and complicit in the murder of a Scientology staff member in Australia in 2019.
c. Specifically accuses Remini of responsibility for the actions of Erin McMurtry who drove her vehicle through a Scientology building’s window on December 14, 2015.
d. Specifically accuses Remini of responsibility for the actions of one Andre Barkanov who threatened to assassinate David Miscavige in 2015. - Regularly utilizes both the platform of social media as well as Scientology created and maintained websites solely for the purpose of cyber harassment with the goal of intimidation and silencing.
- The publicizing of these ongoing attacks creates an environment of fear both for Remini individually as well as for the safety of her family, collaterally. Especially in light of the media publicized revelation of the emails by Scientology hired private investigators which indicated that “Scientology wants her dead”.
The litmus test for whether Scientology’s actions fall under the legal definition of harassment is as follows:
1. You used some kind of electronic communication device to electronically distribute, publish, email, hyperlink or make available for downloading a person’s personal identifying information or an electronic message of a harassing nature about another person;
2. You did this without that other person’s consent;
3. You did this with the intent to put that person in reasonable fear for their safety or the safety of their immediate family;
4. You did this to imminently cause that other person unwanted physical contact, injury, or harassment; AND
5. The personal identifying information or message you shared would be likely to incite or produce unwanted physical contact, injury, or harassment.
Scientology clearly and unequivocally meets each of these standards as they engage in their abuse of Ms. Remini.
I respectfully ask that an investigation into this overt breach of the law be opened and Ms. Remini be given the relief she is entitled to.

While we’re connecting causes and murderous effects: There may be nothing to link this stabbing to any rational source, let alone a specific individual instigator.
However, how about the following…
It’s beyond question that Charles Manson received auditing He declared himself “Theta Clear” and gave his religion as “scientologist” on prison intake forms. Of similar ambition as hubbard, he decided to form his own high-control cult and demanded obedience and devotion of comparable proportion. And of course, we know how that ended.
So while calling spades spades, let’s start connecting dots where there are actually dots to be found!

Stefani, I wanted to reach out to you when you were last on the podcast but my life was such a mess I couldn’t even see how I could help anybody. I had just left my abusive husband and found a lot of strength to do it thanks to Leah Remini and Mike Rinder’s bravery. I have been getting stronger everyday and finally feel like I’m ready to join this fight against Scientology but I’m not sure how. I will definitely be writing the letter for Leah as posted above and I will be going through your blog to see what else. I am more than willing to write emails/letters and if you need anything I’m here!!!! As my life gets more and more on track I hope to be able to do much more in the future but I also hope the whole cult comes down before that! I have two small children that mean the world to me and I want them to know and speak truth throughout their lives and unfortunately their father has a more interesting relationship with the truth. I’m sure that’s why I’m so drawn to your truth seeking efforts! Thank you for what you do!!

Having been in a relationship with a manipulative, pathological liar with borderline personality disorder WHILE I was in the cult of scientology, I can empathize with your challenging journey out of an abusive, toxic relationship AND your desire to shut the doors on the madness of scientology. I bet that you are quite busy with your two children, but…if you can cut out the time to do a little reading, this blog(Stefani’s) has some concrete directions about who to write emails and/or letters to regarding the church of scientology’s numerous violations of the law( re inurement, bank fraud, credit card fraud, stalking, harassment, etc.) A great, one-stop, ENCYCLOPEDIC source of information about the church of scientology(any aspect of it: beliefs, policies, leaders, court cases, organizations, overall history) is Tony Ortega’s Underground Bunker at tonyortega.org ; another similar source is Mike Rinder’s blog at mikerindersblog.org
Take your time and be patient; it’s an utterly whacky, complicated, and often maddening subject to wrap your mind around. The comments sections of both those blogs are great sources of information and hilarity, too! Aaaaaand…finally: for a concise summation of all things culty, print out a copy of Robert Jay Lifton’s 8 CRITERIA FOR THOUGHT REFORM. It’s one page. It’s a great contextual frame within which to place all of the things that you learn about ANY cult, from scientology to Qanon to the Jehovah’s Witnesses to ISIS to multi-level marketing cults(oh yeah, that’s a thing!).
