Truth Matters

Note my reply to him.

Three times.

Aaron never reached out to me to discuss why he deleted the links or his concerns. He never said a word to me.

As our last communication was the above text, I had no idea anything was wrong between us.

Instead, after posting in the group asking if there was a glitch or problem leaving me unable to post the link I received a FB messenger call from Dylan Gill.

Dylan, who I do not know and who I have only communicated with once, other than comments on FB, informed me and I quote: “we are not posting anything that shows both sides.”

Dylan also told me he was “good friends” with “everyone involved” and “spoke to them all every day”.

Something I subsequently discovered was completely untrue.

He then proceeded to tell me that the article was “inflammatory” and “biased” against Aaron.

When I pointed out to Gill that not “posting anything that showed both sides” was absolutely biased he got angry at me. I also asked him how what I wrote was biased since I spoke equally about everyone involved. His response was “oh my God”.

From there, my every attempt to either pin down what was inflammatory or to defend myself was met with increasing anger and sarcasm.

I ended up terminating the call in tears.

Were Aaron truly my “good friend” he would have called me to express his concerns.

He did not.

From this incident and his silence I concluded that HE had made his decision concerning our friendship.

Later, I again opened the door to communication with him after his arrest in LA.

I texted him the information from IMDb about LAPD Officer Tim Tilman. Information he used but never responded to me about.

Aaron Smith-Levin’s comments that I just turned on him for no reason and never communicated with him are absolute lies.

Bold faced, manipulative LIES.

Aaron has also gone on YouTube to demand I keep his wife’s name “out of my mouth.”

This has, conveniently for him, led to people deciding that I have attacked her.

I, like @MichelleArrrr, would most definitely like to see screenshots of the alleged tweets where I attacked Heather or the children.

I defy anyone to produce one, single tweet wherein I attacked Heather.

I met Heather. I sat right across from her and had dinner with her when I was in Clearwater.

As Aaron was all over YouTube announcing that he was in an “open marriage” and was separated from Heather thus justifying his actions as “not adultery” I tweeted in Heather’s defense that it is.

No woman should have to endure having her husband out hooking up with multiple, random partners. It is disrespectful, demeaning, abusive and by any definition- ADULTERY.

My husband and I sat across from Aaron and Heather when we were in Clearwater. We both saw how he treated her.

Every time she spoke he was cold, dismissive and harsh with her. There was not one iota of warmth or kindness from him.

She was not feeling well that day and asked the waiter if they had any herbal tea. Aaron acted disgusted and rolled his eyes at her request.

If he was comfortable enough to treat her like that in front of us, how does he treat her behind closed doors?

It was with that experience in my mind that I tweeted in her defense. She looked so defeated and sad during the meal. Though we talked, she was still subdued and quiet. She was not happy and both my husband and I noticed it and felt for her.

For weeks now I have been the recipient of some pretty egregious hate. Judgment by people who don’t know me, know my experiences. I have been maligned, attacked and condemned by people who have heard Aaron and believed him.

Aaron was my friend.

I defended him and more than once caught Hell for it.

I publicly owe Juliana an apology.

It never once occurred to me that Aaron Smith-Levin would turn on everyone close to him and cause such division and hate.

Liz Gale and others have attacked me for no reason other than it’s the popular thing to do right now.

In one of her videos on February 9th, 2024 she stated:

When I wrote my article defending Alex Barnes-Ross later in March I did exactly that.

Not only did I add the disclaimer to the article itself, but it is on the main page of my blog.

Damned if I do, damned if I don’t.

Suddenly I have no right to my own opinions or actions. I am ONLY a member of the board of the Aftermath Foundation.

So MY actions reflect upon the board but Aaron’s were his personal life and he gets a pass.

I should be removed and censored but he should never have been called to account.

Aaron wants to demand some sort of accountability from Mike Rinder yet according to him even if he commits a crime it should be of no account.

For the record, Medellín, Colombia is infamous for its drugs, prostitution including trans prostitutes, and the trafficking of under age children.

Not just me…

Ironic since she and so many others demand my resignation from the Aftermath Foundation board for picking on Aaron while she is a member of his board attacking me.

Double standard much?

Or maybe not since Aaron has stated that his board will not have an ethics clause.

As for the accusation that I attacked the protesters or that I was acting as a “Hall Monitor”, telling the protesters what to do; nope.

If anyone does not like that they were described as a “…gaggle of anti-Scientology protesters brawling publicly with the organization”, they need to complain to Noah Goldberg of the LA Times.

I had nothing to do with that description of them I just quoted it. Goldberg got that opinion from somewhere but not from me.

So what exactly have I done here?

I wrote an article in defense of Alex Barnes-Ross because Aaron has publicly called the man a “liar”, a “grifter” and a “fraud”.

Aaron has no basis for his claims. He did not know Alex when he was in COS. Aaron, himself stated that he had never been to the UK.

Again the hypocritical irony here.

Liz Gale says that my article defending Alex is “cultural appropriation”. That I don’t have the right to speak about Aaron or the way he does things because I don’t know their trauma.

Video

Sounds an awful lot like someone telling me I don’t have the rank…

Yet that is exactly what Aaron is doing to Alex.

And yes, it’s gross.

The difference here is that I spoke about what I saw.

Aaron spoke with no basis about Alex’s experiences and trauma.

I saw him dismiss Alex’s life.

What’s gross is the level of pure, unadulterated judgment and condemnation for people based upon the words of one man.

No one else is allowed to defend themselves, no one else is allowed to challenge the attacks.

We are all just supposed to sit quietly and allow the lies to be told about us and permit the subsequent malicious abuse with no rebuttal.

In the beginning I said that I started to expose Scientology because I likened the way the group treated both its members and its former members to a mugging. I could walk away and let the evil continue or I could see something and say something.

While I would much rather be focusing on Scientology right now this situation is no different than the fair game by COS.

To be honest, I have been treated far, far worse recently by Aaron and his followers than I have by Scientology.

After all; Aaron was my friend.

I saw Aaron’s unfounded attack of someone and I said something.

If it was right for me to have defended Aaron then it is equally so for me to defend anyone else who is being mistreated for no reason and with no facts to back up the attack.

I blocked Aaron Smith-Levin’s Twitter account because I was so tired of seeing all the hate directed at The Aftermath Foundation, Marc, Mike and Claire. I did not want those comments to show up on my timeline.

As for the comment about making my “Master” happy, up until all this happened I was defending Aaron the same way I’ve defended anyone else. Was he my “master”, too?
